Delivery and Returns
MOTION DYNAMICS SHIPPING - AUSTRALIA ONLINE STORE
Delivery times are dependent on your location but are typically 2-3 working days for metro areas. Regional areas outside of metro areas, typically add an additional 1-5 days to delivery estimates (especially in remote areas).
All goods will be delivered by either Eparcel, Couriers Please or Startrack. Once your goods have been dispatched, regardless of which carrier is used, we will email you with a tracking number. You can track your parcel online with the details provided.
Please ensure that you provide an address where you will be located during office hours.
All orders require a signature upon receipt. If you provide a work address, please include full details including business and receivers name. Should there be nobody available to sign for your delivery; a card will be left and the parcel taken to your local post office or freight depot (for Eparcel and Couriers Please). The StarTrack delivery method is an ATL (Authority To Leave service) and if you require your parcel to be placed in a certain spot, please leave details of this in your order notes.
We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation (i.e PayPal eCheque). We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
ONLINE RETURNS POLICY - 14 DAYS
Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you change your mind about an item purchased from us, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition, packaging, unused and in identical condition as it left us originally. I.e. the goods must be re-sellable as new. Any scoring of shafts, grease on the product, mounting marks, scratches are not considered to be new and non refundable.
For returns on any Item(s) shipped with free delivery, there will be a 25% shipping and handling fee applied which is not refundable.
Please include a detailed note along with your return. We get a lot of packages, and if we get a box with a motor in it, it means nothing to us! So when this happens, all we can do is wait until you contact us to find out why your motor wasn't refunded, repaired etc.
Make sure you include your order details or a detailed list of problems (if you have sent a unit back for a repair). Make sure this is enclosed in the package as we will require this to process the repair/refund. Don't attach it to a docket outside the box as occasionally these are removed by accident in transport.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be processed in the method by which original payment was made, within 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, Motion Dynamics are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using a TRACKABLE or signature required service to the above address. Please make sure you use a service that provides you with a tracking number. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we have had packages go missing when a lazy carrier leaves a package at the front door (busy street) with high pedestrian activity. We accept no responsibility for lost parcels.
Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days of us receiving your package in accordance with our Returns Policy. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Motion Dynamics.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless your product is faulty, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded and we will not pay for the cost of sending the goods back to Motion Dynamics.
We are more than happy to exchange goods, subject to availability and on the provision the returned goods are in re-sellable condition as new. Exchanges can take up to 5 business days to process. Should you wish to receive the replacement item sooner, send back the unwanted item for a refund and place an order immediately for the new item.
Should you wish to return the exchange item, we are more than happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements.
Exchange for an item of the same value
Should the item you wish to exchange be of the same value as the original item, please mail back the unwanted item and we will post out an exchange for only the cost of the shipping.
Exchange for an item of a different value
Any difference due will be charged or refunded to the method used to pay for the original order. Should we need to charge an additional amount, a customer service representative will contact you to take the additional payment over the phone.
