MY1020 Dayton 800W, 36V DC Brushed Planetary Gear Motor, 500 RPM

Similar to the United version of the motor, this motor and gearbox combination is commonly found in use on electric quad bikes or Go Karts, ATV's, Golf Buggies Quads and more.

It has the same footprint as the United MY1020ZX planetary reduction motor but weighs around 1.7kg less. As a bonus, it also runs cooler and quieter than the comparable United brushed motor while giving a very respectable power output and a decent efficiency!

It has a larger radial diameter but a shorter overall length. These have proven popular for water pumps on solar setups, trikes, bikes, buggies, farm vehicles and a host of other random projects!

They are an extremely strong and reliable motor/gearbox combination!

The comparable United motor would be the MY1020ZX 36V

They motor will run in either forward or reverse directions simply by changing the polarity or the supply and can easily be speed controlled with PWM controller.

These have been proven (over many sales with no returns and a lot of happy customers) to be an extremely reliable motor.
