Titan 90mm 40 Watt, 240Volt 50 Hz Geared Induction Motor

Terminal Box Model, because you can easily turn a T-Box Model into a lead wire, but you can't turn a lead wire into a T-Box!

ALL Titan 40/60W Motors now have an upgraded 12mm (5GU) Motor Output Shaft (Rather than the standard 10mm 5GN), so all maximum torque values are 19.6Nm, not 9.8Nm as stated in the data.

Titan strong 40 Watt Synchronous motor, substitutes brands like Bison in 120 Watts. Power outputs of 3Nm Newton-Meters of torque are supplied in the complete Titan motor range. Products are 80mm, 4IK-4RK and 4GN in DC 24 Volts


This is the permissible torque of the assembled motor and gearbox.

Rotational speed is based on synchronous speed (50Hz : 1500rpm, 60Hz : 1800rpm) divided by gear ratio. The actual rotation speed is approx 2-20% than the displayed value dependent upon the load.

Titan durable 40 Watt Induction geared motor, replacing models by Bison in 90 Watts. At forces of 8NM Newton-Meters of force are available in the complete Titan motor range. Products include 80mm, 4IK-4RK and 4GN in AC 220-240 Volts

Gearbox Selection Guide:
Select the speed you require in blue, and  match it up to the ratio required.
Alternatively  you can just use power frequency for your country X 30 divided by the speed you require
which gives you the ratio you need.

E.g. I want 272 RPM, and Australia is 50Hz, so it's 50X30/272 =5.5 Ratio. There's no 5.5 ratio, so I
can either select 5:1 (300 RPM) or 6:1 (250 RPM).
