A fantastic Heavy duty worm drive gear motor & gearbox package. These units offer super efficiency and exceptional value for money. Best of all, you don't just need to take our word for it, you can see the quality of the motor in the pictures we've posted here! You wont find a poor quality motor from us, because those motors that use their rear cases as the brush housing (as most cheap Chinese motors tend to feature!) wear prematurely, destroy the armature of the motor, reduce the efficiency of the motor and more.
On every low quality motor we've come across, you'll see the brush housing is built into the end cap. This is by far the cheapest way to manufacture a motor, but it's certainly not the best way. You'll find probably 99% of low cost manufacturers will do it this way, but only Motion Dynamics will offer you a premium motor for a lower cost than a poor quality one will cost you! Do your research and see for yourself!
Unlike the 375W and the 480W motors, this motor and gearbox combination comes with a 71B14 gearbox in the larger 063 size (rather then the 050 that the 375 & 480 use). The geabox is similar to look at as the 375/480w units, however its just physically larger and stronger!
It is suitable for a variety of tasks including heavy duty trolleys, conveying systems, boat lifters, steering systems, caravan or boat movers and more.
The construction of this unit consists of a high efficiency, high quality DC brushed motor coupled to a precision, low tolerance cast alloy gearbox with a steel worm and phosphor bronze spur!
