Speed Control Motors
Single Phase 220-240v, Lead Wire Type
One of the more popular motors, the Speed Control motor uses an Induction Motor with a modular Tacho fitted to the rear of the motor. The Tacho feeds the output signal to the AC Speed Control Module which will either increase or decrease the frequency to slow or speed the motor up to keep the speed at a constant value (Set on the speed control module). These can run in either forward or reverse directions.
